This flow is not inside TRF app. It is your cloud interface, its functions, and the folder TRF puts there, full of your waivers and reports. To help you understand how to use your cloud, we call this the "TRF Cloud Folder Flow." This flow might also be called "Knowing and Managing your Studio Cloud Interface."
If you want to convince your Health Departments and Legal Team that you are thrilled to comply, do yourself the favor of opening your cloud and having it ready on a large screen when they arrive. Open your Beluga Digital App [year] Tattoo Release Forms folder. Encourage your health inspector to navigate the flow of your TRF Cloud Folder. Pat yourself on the back for your regal professionalism!
As needed, you can navigate your cloud of choice from your computer, phone, or tablet. You can also share your cloud folders by managing permissions. This varies by cloud server. Please see their help tab for assistance in navigating your cloud.
TRF is owned and operated by tattoo artists, so we understand how to manage 20+ years of release forms. We started with paper and clipboards, boxes, and cabinets full of paper waivers, paying rent for the square footage that housed all those fire hazards. So we built TRF and integrated a cloud solution looooong before that was standard or cool — 2013.
During the Initial Setup Flow, TRF will request permission to access your cloud. Depending on the cloud service's action, you may have to re-open the TRF app once you connect. The slider will turn gold when connected.
With the first submitted waiver, TRF will automatically create a folder called Beluga Digital App [year] Tattoo Release Forms on your cloud. To quickly find the folder, navigate to your cloud (the one designated by studio management) and search for it by name. These folders are simply named, so organic searching is easy. TRF will create a new folder titled by year each year, turning over at midnight each New Year's Eve.

The waiver assembled by TRF app is brilliant. It is a clean, organized legal document that presents searchable text and full-color images of IDs, Birth Certificates, client designs, and other attached supporting documents. The waiver contains data gathered from three sources—the tattoo client, the artist, and the studio—and is formatted as a PDF. TRF generates and uploads YOUR waivers to YOUR cloud immediately. Never ours.
