Three ways to pay: Pay-As-You-Go Bundles and two Subscription choices, covering all of us from solo artists to studio mega-chains.
You’ll find options for every studio, from the cozy corner shop to the bustling mega-studio. We believe in keeping our apps available and affordable for everyone. Our mothership studio, Voluta Tattoo, is a three-person studio. We are the little guys.

Bundles: Pay-As-You-Go
A Bundle is like a stack of paper: 100 digital waivers. Buy them as needed and use them over any period — they don't expire. Bundles belong to your account, so they're available on any iPad you sign into.
Bundle waivers and subscription waivers work together. If you subscribe while you still have bundle waivers left, they aren't lost—they stay on your account and wait to be used alongside your monthly allowance. If you later stop subscribing, whatever is left in your bundle is still there.
Three Ways to Pay
Choose between Pay-As-You-Go Bundles or two monthly subscription tiers designed to grow with your career.
Pay-As-You-Go Bundles: Perfect for solo artists in vibing one-chair shops, traveling guest/convention artists, or part-time tattooers who want digital waivers without being locked into a monthly commitment.
Basic Subscription: Ideal for small crews on the brink of blowing up. You get 100 digital tattoo consent forms per month synced across up to 2 iPads. Both iPads share a single login in the TRF App Login Field, meaning your settings stay perfectly synced. If two artists live through their personal iPad Pros (TRF, TattooNOW scheduling and website, Procreate, IG), each artist has TRF on their own devices and just hands it over to their clients before sessions. If they share the same TRF login, everyone wins.
Pro Subscription: Built for high-volume shops. Get unlimited forms and full access to every TRF app feature, shared across up to 5 iPads. Update your legal clauses or add a guest artist once, and it instantly syncs to every iPad on the counter.
Managing Multiple Studios with TRF
If you operate more than one location, we highly recommend a separate TRF subscription for each shop. This lets you tailor your setup—you might need Pro for your busy main shop, but Basic for a quieter second location. To keep things running smoothly, each location needs its own distinct setup:
Separate App Store Accounts: Apple only allows one active TRF subscription per App Store account, so Shop A and Shop B must use different Apple IDs for purchases.
Separate TRF App Logins: Use a different Apple or Google account to sign into the TRF App Login Field at each shop. This keeps your waivers and settings completely separate.
Stick to One Login Method: Always use the exact same sign-in method for a given shop to avoid accidentally creating a blank, duplicate account. If you log in to TRF with Google, stay with Google.
Billing Tip: Link multiple Apple IDs to a single master credit card or bank account to easily track your business expenses.
Cloud Storage vs. Returning Clients
When running multiple shops, here is exactly how your data is handled:
Cloud Storage: You can link iPads from different studios to the exact same cloud drive, but all waivers will drop into one massive folder. To keep Shop A's waivers separate from Shop B's, connect each shop to its own cloud account.
Returning Clients: The Returning Client lookup pulls data from the specific TRF account you are logged into. A client tattooed at Shop A will not pull up automatically if they walk into Shop B, because each shop runs on a separate account.
